CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:

Paypal (An Ebay Company)

To complete the payment process, you will first need a paypal account. Accounts are free for members to set up and use to send funds. To pay using VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or DISOVER CARD, towards the end of our registration process, simply choose to pay by "Paypal" from the drop down menu and you will automatically be forwarded to the secure Paypal site, for either payment, or account creation. To avoid fraudulent account use, Paypal may inform some new members that they will need to enter a four digit code to activate their account, which will be sent to the credit card holder on their next credit card bill. This process is necessary and in place for the user's own protection. If this is the case, please contact us immediately, to allow us to make other arrangements which will help to establish your account sooner. After the first 30 days of completed service, you will then be sent a choice of payment options, including monthly and automatic monthly payments.

TELEPHONE PAYMENTS

Call us with your MasterCard, Visa, Amex or Discover credit or debit card info and we'll debit the card for you over the phone. This method can be used by any customer in any country. Just call us for either a one time debit or to setup future auto debits.

PAY USING BANK ACCOUNT

The fastest and easiest way to pay for our services using your bank account, would be by setting up a free account with Paypal and use their options to link your bank account to your new paypal account.
Once the account is confirmed you will be able to send and receive payments directly, using your bank account. It's fast, secure and simple to use. Once confirmation of payment is received, we will credit your account and activate your requested services

LATE PAYMENTS

Accounts are created and billed from the first day of creation through the 1st of the following month and then from the 1st of the month thereafter. All accounts will receive notification of payment due as of the first day that the account acquires a negative balance. Any account owing for more than 5 days will charged a 10% late fee. After 10 days the account may be suspended and an additional 10% fee may be charged for re-activation. After 30 days, overdue accounts may be deleted and all account data including website and email data will be permanently lost. Rest assured that our billing department will make every effort possible to insure that no errors have been made, before an account is either suspended or deleted. If there are any circumstances involved in our receiving a late payment from a member with an overdue account, the member must contact us immediately to avoid possible errors and/or extra expenses.

PERSONAL CHEQUE

To pay with cheque, simply complete the registration process, using the choice of "Pay By Paypal" from the menu. Paypal (owned and operated by Ebay), is our chosen E-CHEQUE gateway for many reasons including security, support and ease of use when it comes to payments over the internet. To complete the payment process, you will first need a valid bank account and a paypal account. Paypal accounts are free for members to set up and use to send funds and payments. E-CHEQUES are usually cleared to us within four to eight business days. To open an account please visit https://paypal.com and enter your information there. Once this is done, log in to your new Paypal account and verify your banking information.

Once this information is confirmed, proceed to the account signup page to begin the account creation process. Towards the end of our registration process, you will automatically be forwarded again to the secure Paypal site, this time to arrange payment. Once confirmation of payment is received by us, we will credit your account and activate your requested services

AUTOMATIC BANK TRANSFER/WITHDRAWAL

Member wishing to pay by automatic bank transfer are requested to contact their local bank branch to determine the availability of this option. Most banks allow their members to make one, or two, automatic monthly transfers per account, but this option varies from bank to bank. Possibly the easiest way to effect an automatic monthly billing option, would be through PayPal, using a valid credit card or verified bank account, or by assigning an automatic monthly billing date through your online banking service. For more information regarding online banking services, please contact your local bank. New members who chose to signup using the Paypal service, will be contacted by the MyCanadaOnline billing department 30 days following their signup, with links to help set up automatic billing for future months. All transactions of this nature are at the complete discretion of the bank involved
